Devin & Lâm, 10/3/2025

Margaret Place welcomed a celebration that was as intentional as it was joyful. Devin and Lâm brought together Vietnamese heritage and New Orleans tradition in an evening that began with a courtyard ceremony and ended with a brass band second line through the halls of the 1854 Greek Revival townhouse. A hundred and fifty guests gathered under the oaks as the couple exchanged vows, then moved inside for a reception complete with signature cocktails—a French 75, a Phony Negroni, and frozen Espresso Martinis—a disco ball overhead, and dancing that didn’t quit until the final note.

Every detail reflected the couple’s spirit: an ASL interpreter ensured the ceremony reached every guest, florals by Le Fleuriste adorned the historic architecture, and Paradigm Gardens kept the tables full. The Young Fellaz brass band led the second line with napkins flying, capping a night that proved the best weddings aren’t just planned—they’re felt. For those who know, Margaret Place remains the place where history and celebration meet.
