Leslie & Shane, 5/27/2023

Full of personality and style. Leslie and Shane’s first order of business after booking us was to bury a bottle of whisky in our garden. You could tell that they loved planning the wedding and Leslie’s style touched on every detail. Guests were not only surprised and delighted by the aforementioned whisky bottle being retrieved but when the new bride cut her own hair, a so-called “wedding chop”. Highlights for me were how much fun they seemed to have as they were getting ready during the day (all the vendors were infected with smiles), their greek revival accents that tied in great to Margaret Place’s historic architecture and the caryatids on the gazebo, and of course the classic car exit. Unique, full of surprises, and a delight for everyone involved – what a wedding!
